“ We were in the area and we're glad we found this nice little pizzeria. Nice sauce, thick layer of cheese, good crust. They also messed up and made a medium instead of the large we ordered. Offered to make the large we wanted or we could have the medium and they'd make us a small while we had the one they made. Since we were dining in and always order a larger size than we plan to eat for taking some home this was actually perfect and a classy way to handle a mistake. That's always the measure of a place. Mistakes happen. It's how well they handle mistakes. ”

“ First time in the area. Stopped in for lunch at local pizza joint Saucy Sisters! Restaurant has a great small town feel, only needing an old school jukebox to complete the look. Walked in and greeted by a polite young lady at the register. Ordered a specialty deluxe pozza and a small garlic roll. Roll came out first. It is essentially a steak sandwich roll with garlic butter and cheese. Simple but after being baked in a pozza oven, tasted very good. Secondly the pizza came out. The sisters are very generous with toppings, alot more than local chains, on a moderately thick pizza crust. Not too thick or too thin. Pizza was very hot and fresh at the table. Taste was very good once it cooled down. Cheese was nice and stringy and pulled with every bite. The manager stopped by and asked if the meal was good and brought us a box. Very tasty pizza. 2 small issues. #1 pizza was a tad more saucy than i prefer so if you like a dryer pizza order light sauce. #2 dining area was a tad cluttered by some things which could be kept in another room, (2 liter coasters and boxes and such) Neither of these affected the flavor of the food or the dining experience. If Im ever in the area again I will stop in. Good food and great value for the dollar. ”
“ Got the pizza hoagie and it was delicious. The sauce was great and the meat was cooked just right, bread was crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside. I added onions and banana peppers to finish it off. Mmm mmm ”
“ This the place I've been wanting to try but I never go to Leesburg for food. Walking in I knew what to expect. Old building in a small town. In my opinion the perfect place for a dive restaurant. Drop ceilings, old plaster walls normal Midwest old small town building. We had some confusion about how to order. Someone brought us the menus but did not come back to take our order. So I finally figured we needed to order at the counter. I ordered an Italian sub and my wife and child ordered garlic loaf and pepperoni pizza. It took awhile to get our food. Not a long while. But just long enough that you start feeling like you have better things to do. Then the food came out hot and fresh. The pizza was worth the awkwardness of ordering and the wait. Crust is perfect. Perfect amount of toppings. Big Ernies has been my number 1 regional pizza for years and Saucy Sisters has a great chance of beating Big Ern in my mind. Absolutely great pizza. The sub was good. They got the right amount of moisture on the sandwich. The right amount of meat and perfect amount of veggies. I just wish the bread had a little more flavor. But still a great sandwich. The garlic loaf must of been good because I wasn't offered a taste of it. Now the final test. Pizza was also tasty cold for breakfast! If I believed in ratings and fairytales I would give Saucy Sisters a 9 out of ten. Absolutely great food. ”

“ Stopped by for lunch mid afternoon. I was greeted promptly and told all about the lunch special...5 for personal pizza and drink! How could I turn that down? The pizza was delicious and had a perfectly cooked crispy crust. Will I be back for lunch again...absolutely! If I can find a way to keep the pizza hot all the way back home (almost an hour) this could become a new weekly family favorite. ”
